Veronica Guzman's career includes management consulting, mergers & acquisition advisory, stakeholder buy-in, financial analysis & product development for international firms and she invested in a New York City based enterprise FinTech / B2B media & events company serving C-level executives in the financial services industry; key clients comprise the S&P 500, Fortune 500, Nasdaq 100 & Global Fortune 100 firms. Her deal sheet associated with mergers & acquisitions includes various international transactions and clients such as: Getty Images, Gucci, Investcorp, Alstom (acquired Sasib) and UniLever.

Veronica Guzman graduated from New York University’s (NYU) Stern School of Business with dual majors in Finance & Accounting and advanced studies in Management & Marketing, studied at New York University’s Heyman Center for Philanthropy & Fundraising and NYU's Center for Advanced Digital Applications (CADA). She earned her Certificate in Incubation Management with the National Business Incubation Association (now International Business Innovation Association, INBIA). Veronica serves as a committee member of the NYU Alumni Association (NYUAA).

Veronica serves as an advisor, mentor, funding screener and speaker to entrepreneurs & the innovation ecosystem including Black Ambition Prize featuring the grand prize of $1 million. Black Ambition Prize is founded by Pharrell Williams, a visionary recording artist, producer, songwriter, philanthropist, fashion designer and entrepreneur. She is also associated with NYU Stern's W.R.
